(a) to provide and maintain the water supply system to members’ properties and to provide for its ongoing efficient operation; and
(b) set levels of water usage and arrange for half yearly meter readings and billing to members on a half yearly basis.
Powers of the association
The association will have all the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Act.
The Seal
The association must have a common seal upon which its corporate name must appear in legible characters. The seal must not be used without the express authorisation of the committee, and every use of the seal must be recorded in the minute book of the association. The affixing of the seal must be witnessed by the chairperson and either the secretary or another person authorised by the committee to attest the affirming of the seal.
